What comes across my desk

A business has a lot of little pieces.
You don’t have to handle them all.

You have an idea, but the next steps feel scattered. I help build a startup checklist, find official registration resources, organize your paperwork, and create the everyday forms you’ll need.

Meet the woman behind Mize Solutions

A business of my own.A little more time at home.

Hey, I’m Haylee.

I know running a business doesn’t stop when the workday ends. Between running my own business and seeing the moving pieces my husband handles as a project manager, I’ve seen how quickly paperwork, follow-ups, and little details can take over your evenings.

Through Mize Solutions, I help take some of that off your plate. From sorting out the forms to building a website, I like turning a pile of “I need to get to that” into something you can actually use.

I’m also a mom building a business that lets me be home more with my family. Helping you get more time back with yours is a pretty good reason to get behind my desk.

You bring the work. I’ll bring the follow-through.

Introductory starting prices. Document complexity, graphic size, revisions, and turnaround are defined in your written scope. Requests are handled in an agreed queue; these are limited monthly plans, not unlimited work. Initial cleanup, website builds, substantial design work, and extra requests are quoted separately. No checkout or payment is required to inquire.

Just need one thing handled?

Website builds, business setup organization, custom forms, and graphics can also be quoted as one-time projects.

Tell me about your project
Simple from the start

From “I need help”
to “that’s handled.”

01

Tell me what’s piling up.

Use the inquiry form to share what you do and where you need support. We can start by email.

02

We make a clear plan.

I’ll confirm whether it’s a fit and send a written scope, price, and turnaround. You approve before work starts.

03

You get back to your work.

We agree on how to share files and requests. I handle the agreed tasks and keep you updated on what’s finished and what needs your input.

A few things you might be wondering

Before we get started.

Do you only work with the trades?

No. I work with small business owners and people getting a business started. Contractors and trades are a natural fit, but forms, files, graphics, and websites turn up in all kinds of businesses.

Can I hire you without a monthly plan?

Yes. Tell me about the project and I’ll quote a defined scope. A website, a set of custom forms, or startup organization can be a one-time project.

Does a monthly plan include a full website?

Website builds and larger design projects are quoted separately. If you need recurring website updates, we can discuss those and include specific tasks in your written scope.

Can you help with business registration paperwork?

I can help you find official resources, organize the steps, and provide administrative support using information and decisions you supply. You make the business and filing decisions and approve any submissions. Government fees and professional advice are separate.

What happens if I need more work than my plan includes?

I’ll flag anything outside the agreed limits and quote it before starting. Billing terms, renewals, cancellation, and any unused monthly allowance are set out in your agreement.

Do you offer phone answering or live dispatch?

My service is designed for planned work and email communication. It doesn’t include live phone answering, urgent dispatch, legal or tax advice, licensed accounting, or technical approvals.

Let’s make room for your business

What can I take
off your plate?

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Tell me a little about your business, what you’re working toward, and what keeps getting pushed to “later.”

I’ll review your inquiry and reply by email. Submitting this form doesn’t start a subscription or commit you to a purchase.

Your business. My desk.
A little more breathing room.
